How can I make sure that my order has been registered on

Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive from via email the confirmation with the order quantity, the cost and the order number. Please make sure you have entered your email correctly in the order form.

In the event that a product ordered by the customer is not available, then will contact you immediately via email and/or phone, in order to inform you of when it is likely to be shipped. If the customer considers that the time period of receipt of the product does not satisfy him, he may revoke the order of the product in question.

How can I receive my order?


Shipments within Greece are carried out with the courier companies ELTA COURIER and General Post.

The delivery time to the address you indicate to us is 1-3 working days, depending on your region.

Orders placed on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and until 13:30 are dispatched the same day.


Shipping to Cyprus is done by ELTA COURIER or General Post with a single charge of €18 for all shipments.

Cash on delivery is available.

Delivery time up to 3 working days.


Shipping to the rest of Europe is done by ELTA COURIER with a single charge of €30 for all shipments, except for shipments to Germany where the charge is €26.

There is no possibility of cash on delivery.

You can pay the value of your order by paying it to the cooperating courier companies ELTA Courier and General Post upon receiving your order at your place.

Cash on delivery costs are €3.00 for purchases in Greece and Cyprus.

The cash on delivery service is not available in the rest of the European countries.


You can pay the value of your order by charging your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club International) following the relevant procedure in our online store, through the secure banking environment of Piraeus bank.

You also have the possibility to pay the value of your order in up to 6 interest-free installments, for purchases over 50 euros.


By choosing to pay with PayPal, we enable you to pay the value of your order using the safest and most widely used payment method worldwide.

Once you have completed filling in all the remaining information required to place the order, you will automatically be taken to PayPal's secure website, from where you will have the option to either fill in your credit card information directly or log in to your existing PayPal account and use your saved data with just one click.

By using PayPal for your transactions, you do not give your credit card details to every online store but only to PayPal.

How do I return a product?

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase he made from, he has the right to return or change the products.

Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the day your order was received and only if the product is unused and in its original condition. In case of use of the product or damage to its original packaging, returns are not accepted. If the return is not made within a period of 14 working days from the day the box was received or some of the return conditions are not met, the SISBAGS store has the right not to accept the product back.

Before returning your order, please contact us either by phone or email ( - Tel.: 693 7230110) in order to receive the approval of your return request from the SISBAGS Returns Department.

Then you can:

Change the product through the online store by making a new purchase. After contacting us, place your new order by placing "Bank Deposit" as the payment method and adding the word "Change" in the comments. Then you may send us the package with the product, enclosing the purchase receipt.

Request a refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned product.

We recommend that you keep all the documents that your order was sent in the first place (payment receipt, transport slip, warranty and authenticity card, etc.), while the product packaging should be preserved. We also ask you to take care of the package you are returning so that there is no damage when it is returned to us.

After contacting us, please look for the nearest ELTA Courier or General Post office and call them to pick up the product to be returned from your location.

In all the cases above payment costs (cash on delivery, courier and bank transfer costs) are paid by the customer.

The cost of returning products is charged to the customer with the amount of €3.5 for returns within Greece and €18 for returns from Cyprus, using exclusively ELTA Courier or General Post. The amount is not paid to the courier but is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Allow us 10 (ten) working days for the refund, from the day of receipt of the returned product.

We recommend that you keep a copy of the courier receipt and proof of purchase of the returned products until we process your refund.
